Rebuilding My Life

Rebuilding is a process that requires patience, honesty, and intentional effort.

After surviving, there is still the work of healing, understanding, and creating a new foundation for your life. I had to learn how to trust again, how to process what I experienced, and how to move forward without allowing my past to control my future.

Rebuilding meant redefining my identity, setting boundaries, and choosing environments that supported my growth. It also meant facing difficult emotions and allowing myself the time and space to heal properly.

There is no quick way to rebuild a life. It is done step by step, decision by decision. Over time, those choices create stability, clarity, and strength.
